Twins Trucking & Rolloff · Website quote requests
Effective September 30, 2026. This notice describes information collected through this website’s contact and quick-quote forms.
Information you provide
We collect your name, phone number, requested service and jobsite ZIP code or address. You may also provide an email address and project details. The quick-quote form asks about materials, container size, timing, duration, placement and contact preference. Please do not send payment-card details, identification documents or other sensitive information through these forms.
How quote information is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, discuss availability and pricing, arrange services and manage the inquiry. Submitting a request does not book a service or agree to a price.
No sale of quote information
We do not sell the information you provide in a quote request.
Website and email processing
The website uses Base44 to process and store submitted inquiries. The notification workflow sends inquiry details to the business’s configured administrative email recipients. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide these services. A saved request and an email delivered to an inbox are separate steps.
Storage on your device
The quote popup uses browser storage to remember whether it has appeared or whether a request was submitted. Quote activity counters record steps viewed, completion and errors without storing your answers in those counters. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences. Browser or device settings can restrict storage, which may change popup behavior.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information you submitted, retention, correction or deletion, contact orbey@twinstruckingco.com or (805) 791-1586. We may need enough information to verify a request before disclosing or changing a record. Applicable legal and business-record requirements may affect what can be removed.
Changes to this notice
Changes to website information practices will be reflected in an updated notice. Contact us if you have questions before submitting a request.
